Celebrating National Prosecco Day with an Italian Supper

We’ve curated a list of national social holidays and we’re having fun turning them into experiences. These holidays are our excuse (not that we ever need one) to bring people together, spotlight amazing local businesses, and create those you-had-to-be-there moments.

So when National Prosecco Day bubbled up on our radar, we couldn’t let the occasion go dry. Naturally, we gathered our crew and made plenty of new friends at the sparkling gem that is Prosecco Italian Kitchen in Henderson for a night that mixed equal parts social connection, culinary delight, and of course, Prosecco.

Guests were greeted with roses, each one tied with a unique conversation starter. Think icebreakers, but prettier and more fragrant. By the end of cocktail hour, strangers weren’t strangers anymore. And when it came time to find our seats, the room was already buzzing with laughter and new connections.

We were fortunate enough to have Chef Daniele Dotto step out of the kitchen to share the inspiration behind his summer prix fixe menu, which was truly chef’s kiss from start to finish. Beyond the exquisite flavors, the thoughtful options, generous portions, and unbeatable price made it a standout choice. The only thing that could rival it was ordering their infamous “Pasta in the Wheel,” which is best enjoyed with a big appetite or a partner to order it with. To make the evening even more celebratory, every guest began dinner with a complimentary glass of prosecco courtesy of the house. Cheers to that!

A handful of Paddock Auto Club members joined the party, but what made the evening genuinely special was the mix of familiar and brand-new faces. It’s pretty much our thing: turning “events” into “experiences” where community grows over clinks of glasses, conversations with laughter and breaking bread.

As if walking away full from a delicious dinner and with new friendships weren’t enough, StarBase Las Vegas and Las Vegas Wine Tours made sure no one left empty-handed. All guests walked away with mini bottles of Prosecco to continue to savor the occasion at home.

The date was selected to celebrate Prosecco, yet it also marked the launch of our Social Supper Club: a new way to keep conversations flowing, relationships growing, and stir up appetites for more social experiences. Not all of our supper club happenings will take place on a social holiday, but reach out to us if you’d like to collaborate on building an experience to celebrate one you have in mind.

Thank you to everyone who joined, supported, and hosted us! As for those of you who missed out, there’s a seat waiting for you at the next one. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow @SocialExchangeGroup on Instagram to catch event announcements.
